I'm Rebecca, owner and mama
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I worked as a Registered Nurse before moving to Canada with my husband in 2017. In October 2019, we welcomed our son—and that’s when my journey into infant sleep truly began.

I found myself awake multiple times every night, completely exhausted and at breaking point. I knew something had to change, but I had no idea where to start or what to do. There was so much information online and advice from others, but none of it felt right for my baby or our situation. I felt overwhelmed, lost, and desperate for sleep.

Then a friend suggested working with a Sleep Consultant—something I didn’t even know existed. Within a short time, we started to see real, lasting improvements in my son’s sleep. It felt like a weight had been lifted, and for the first time, I could finally breathe again.

When I became pregnant with my daughter a couple of years later, I knew I didn’t want to relive those same struggles. This time, I felt prepared. I understood wake windows, feeding, age-appropriate nap routines, and settling techniques—and it made all the difference. She slept… and so did I.

Sleep, or lack of it, affects everything—not just your child, but you as a parent. It impacts your energy, your mood, and how you show up each day. I really do know what it feels like to be in your position, running on empty and searching for answers.

It was through these experiences that my career path changed, leading me to support families who are where I once was. Now, I have the privilege of doing something I truly love.
